President and Publisher Patricia Sierra Sampson
Patricia Sierra Sampson has worked in the media and advertising business for more than 20 years. Throughout her career, she has held management positions in advertising sales, new business development, marketing, and production. Most recently, Patricia spent the past eight years at The New York Times Company as International Advertising Director where she managed a roster of accounts in finance, travel, tech, corporate, and luxury categories. She is a proven driver of new business and a skillful navigator of both the client and agency ecosystems.
She has worked previously for Dow Jones Regional Newspaper Group, Philadelphia Magazine, and Dun & Bradstreet where she successfully created cross platform solutions and cultivated strategic partnerships. An early adopter of the internet, she owned and operated, Creative Resources, a marketing agency that serviced start-up web properties.
She sits on the Gabriela Mistral Foundation and is an active community volunteer. In 2012, she started a grass roots effort called Plant a Seed which connects Latino corporate executives, celebrated authors, and musicians to share their inspirational stories of success with recent immigrant students from challenged schools.
Senior Editor I-Hsien Sherwood
I-Hsien has worked as a journalist and publicist in both New York and Boston for the better part of a decade. His specialty is politics, but he also covers world news, technology, music and food.
In addition to hard news, he dabbles in narrative non-fiction and short stories.
I-Hsien received his master’s degree in journalism from Harvard University’s Extension School, where he wrote about loneliness, love and loss of identity in the age of the internet.

Jean-Paul Salamanca has been a professional journalist for more than five years. A native of Queens, New York, Jean-Paul grew up in Long Island, N.Y., having attained his B.A. in Communications from Dowling College.
Bilingual with an avid love for writing and meeting people, JP worked as a reporter covering state, town, city and local issues spanning 15 communities in both New York and Massachusetts for publications such as The Gardner News in Massachusetts, The Southampton Press in the Hamptons, and The Forum Newsgroup in Queens, N.Y. before joining Latinos Post in 2012.
